Tim Carter, of http://AsktheBuilder.com, demonstrates the difference between a traditional wet dry vacuum and a newer high tech wet dry vacuum.

Tim is showing us a better wet and dry vacuum. Most of us just have the basic wet and dry vac. It has an on off switch, can suck up water, or clean your car or your carpets. The hose has a bad habit of detaching when you pull on it. Well, if you want the best of everything, then there is a vacuum for you. It is made with a four position switch. It has a standard on switch or an on switch that powers an outlet for a tool that creates dust. It also has a self cleaning filter switch. Lastly that stubborn hose will stay put because of a locking device.
