Tim is teaching us about roof moss. Roofs grow moss and algae over time. This can lead to your shingles wearing out faster. One natural product that will make this not happen is copper. You can buy copper strips that go under your shingles. Or they make shingles that have copper in them. The copper reacts with the moss making it impossible to grow, leaving your roof in better shape and you will not have to replace it as fast.
